Rotary International House

The Multicultural Living Learning Community at the Rotary International House is a place where students can engage with people and ideas from around the world.

Multi-Cultural Coffee Hour

Multi-Cultural Coffee Hour is held on each Friday during fall and spring semesters, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

International Peer Advisory Council (IPAC)

Join our International Peer Advisory Council in assisting International Student and Scholar Services with international student oriented activities.

International Spouse Group

The International Spouse Group is designed to bring together the spouses of international students, faculty, staff and scholars for activities and interaction.

Global Tide

Global Tide is a mentorship group aimed to help international students learn more about the UA campus, make new friends, learn about resources at UA and in the community, and become better adjusted to life in Tuscaloosa.

Tuscaloosa International Friends (TIF)

Tuscaloosa International Friends connects international students with local families in cultural exchange. Apply to be either a friendship family or connected with one.

Campus Partners

Capstone International Center works with numerous partners across campus in an effort to strengthen UA’s exemplary international education.

Sakura Festival

Each year for the past 30 years, the CIC, along with the sponsors and participants, holds a Sakura Festival in early spring.

International Education Week

International Education Week occurs annually and is an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.

Outreach

The Capstone International Center works to involve the local community in outreach projects which are meant to internationalize the UA campus as well as Tuscaloosa.
