Global Café

Global Café, an initiative of the Center for Community-Based Partnerships, takes place at its new location in Capital Hall on the Bryce Lawn Campus (Bldg 3419, 270 Kilgore Lane). Free parking is available and bus stops are near.

Students and faculty connect with community at Global Café.  Global Café welcomes people from across our community and around the world.  Students, faculty, and community learn about local resources and opportunities and enjoy time together.

Global Café was created by campus and community partners of The University of Alabama Center for Community-Based Partnerships: Capstone International Center, Graduate Parent Support, Tuscaloosa’s One Place, the CCBP student team, Shelton State Community College, Tuscaloosa City Schools, the Tuscaloosa County School System, and numerous community leaders. Throughout the year, the planning and implementation of programs offer students exciting new paths to campus leadership, and Global Café invites you to get involved.
