Thank you for submitting your required documents. To complete the application process it is necessary for you to:

  1. Pay the required tuition deposit fee = $250 USD. This deposit will be applied as a credit to your tuition charges when you register for your classes. (The tuition deposit is only refundable if your visa is denied). You must submit documented proof within 30 days of the denial. Go to ua.flywire.com to pay the $250 required tuition deposit.
  2. Pay optional express fee. This express mail fee is $50 and can be paid at the same time as your tuition deposit. You have the option of paying this amount to receive your I-20 by UPS express mail. Your documents should arrive at the requested address within approximately 3-5 business days. Go to ua.flywire.com to pay the $50 USD optional express mail fee. If you choose not to use the UPS service, your I-20 will be sent by regular mail. Shipping regular mail can take at least four to six weeks to arrive at the requested address.
  3. You will receive a UPS tracking number by email so that you can plan for your package arrival. Go to https://www.ups.com/us/en/Home.page to track your package.
  4. You will receive an email if you have been accepted to our program within 2-3 business days from when you have paid your required tuition deposit fee. The email will contain further shipping instructions.
