WINTER BREAK CLOSURE 12/20/2025 – 01/01/2026
International Student & Scholar Services will close for the winter holidays at 5 PM on Friday, December 19, 2025.
We will be closed December 20, 2025 through January 1, 2026, and we will re-open on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 8 AM.
Routine requests for documents and processing that are received after end of business day on Friday, December 19 will be handled after we re-open on Friday, January 2.
Please refer to our Emergency Contacts Page in case of a true emergency during the university closure.
ATTENTION: Please refer to the Immigration Updates Page for the latest information which may impact international students, scholars, faculty, and staff.

DROP-IN ADVISING HOURS – Monday – Thursday, 11 am – 3 pm. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED
General advising hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 am – 3 pm via Zoom or In-Person. Please note, drop-in advising is meant for shorter inquiries of 5 – 10 minutes. No appointment is needed for Drop-in Advising. NOTE: No Drop-in Advising on Fridays.
