NOMINATION AND APPLICATION PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS

To nominate a student, please complete the Nomination Form online.

PARTNER NOMINATION DEADLINES

1. The deadline to nominate a student for Fall Semester Exchanges (Beginning August) is March 1.
2. The deadline to nominate a student for Spring Semester Exchanges (Beginning January) is September 1.

EXCHANGE STUDENT APPLICATION DEADLINES

1. The deadline for the student to apply for Fall Semester Exchanges (Beginning August) is April 1.
2. The deadline for the student to apply for Spring Semester Exchanges (Beginning January) is October 1.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FROM NOMINATED EXCHANGE STUDENTS

1. Application Form
2. Copy of Transcripts (in English)
3. Copy of English Proficiency Scores (if applicable)
4. Study Plan/Course Registration Form
5. Copy of Main Passport Page
6. Proof of Funding

Exchange Student should submit Application Documents and Attachments (saving files with their family name in the file name) either by email to Receive.dzyn2ranrbb74heu@u.box.com or via upload to our Box Folder.
